Well since Typhlosion is a pokemon more on the special sweeping, a nature that ups S.Atk or lowers ATK would be good. Or timid, so speed would go up and lower ATK. Also go with extrasensory.

This depends. Wigglytuff usually runs support rolls, but you can make it a special sweeper if you can.
If you get a calm nature then it would work for a support. Teach her Wish or any of the dual screens and a move to defend itsef if need be.
If its a modest nature, make it a special sweeper. But no mater what it would help if it knew wish. Like really help, cause you way want to safely switch into a hurt pokemon.
