Not letting me change the name on the account because it was setup under my dads name and then I took over.
Then Not letting me close down the account even after I cancel all recurring payments.
Then not letting me create a new account with my current debit card because it's on my other account.
Finally not letting me remove my cards from the old account because the site is bugged.
