Thank you! You will get to this point with time, trust me. I too have goalpoints equivalent which goes to show you will always be improving.
My best advice for you is to do a series of smaller paintings side-by-side to landscape photos. Do a few of them and you will improve greatly.

Hey! Thank you for coming to my school today! You gave a really inspirational speech about work and motivating yourself to achieve your goals. It really inspired me to think about my future. I know what I want to do, but now I have inspiration to really think about HOW I want to do it.
