I had a job in high school last year, I really enjoyed being a secretary, but I don't think I can get a job like that here. 

I'm not abroad, I'm just not in Chicago anymore. ;;v;; I live in the corn fields, which is very different from the city life I partly grew up with. 

I need to art more, so that I don't forget how to. |'D I can't take any art classes in college though, because I'm not minoring in art. I just have to doodle when I have free time.

Exactly! I thought about history... but the jobs aren't the best. I want to do something I like, but then also do something that pays well enough. Teachers aren't paid very well here, so I know I don't want to really do that. c': My grandfather suggested Geology, because I'm taking Chinese I guess? x'D I'm not sure. I'm going to be talking to an adviser tomorrow. My roommates keep telling me I don't need to push myself too hard to pick a major, since a large number of students change it all the time. I thought about art too, but I know if I had to do art all my life I would go insane. ;;v;; But if I would be able to create a historical book with illustrations, I'm sure so many would become more aware and interested in history! ;;v;; 

Ahhh, and now I have to write a book review for my history class and gosh I'm nervous because I never had to write a book review like this. Ugh. Collegeeeee. 

I'm fine with that, I'm a bit stressed at the moment because midterms are next week, and Spring Break is after that. QvQ

College trolled everyone who tried to be a good student D: And my parents expected straight A's if I'm to be allowed to do part times. And amg midterm for me is like next week OTL

I think I felt like that because, you know, other students are like, having fun and happily enjoying live while I slave away to be a proper student and a dependable daughter. I actually enjoy to do both, but, you know, sometimes I just want to let it all go and be a different person and have fun, forgetting about responsibilities for a while.

Me? I practically sleep five hours a week now. But hopefully I'll get more time to rest after midterms (until final exams pff). Also, the weather around here is pretty much unpredictable, which is annoying and makes everyone sick. Four of my six team member for a midterm project were sick, so it fell to me and the other team members to get our project done :'c I want some holidays plz

I'll be looking forward to your starter ;w; Don't worry, mine's pretty rusty too xD

Oh man, I would love to get straight A's at some point. ;;v;; That would be amazing! But sadly this semester I'm going to get maybe 2 As and the rest Bs or high Cs. Hopefully it'll be more in the B area. I only have 5 weeks of school left. ;;A;; Scary! 
I understand you 100%. Like, I know soooo many people who just skip classes just because they don't feel like going and I know people who do no homework or studying. It's like "how do you do that???" I hope I'm doing well enough to make my parents happy. I enjoying being a good daughter and student. And you know, in the end, it'll work out in our favor because we tried so hard. 
You need to sleep more. :'c And don't let people shove all the work on you! Group work can be annoying sometimes because of that. ;;

You think you've studied everything that looked/sounded important, only to be disappointed when most of the things on the exam paper demanded an answer for the less-studied materials. I found that, at least for myself, when I enjoy what I write and began to love the characters I create for that story, I suddenly just want to draw those characters again and again. o v o It's rare for me to enjoy a story that much, but when I do, ideeaasssss! > v < Or maybe you can try roleplaying with a character you made specifically for the RP, then you develop his/her bio from that. I found that to be a pretty exciting source of ideas xD So when I got art block, I write, and when I got writing block, I draw xDD

Aw man, I gave up on getting a set job. ;;A;; No one wants to hire me so I’m just doing some odd jobs here and there. Awwwww, that’s a great idea!! It’s going pretty good. It’s been between thunderstorms and humid days that make me feel gross. I’ve mostly been watching TV and hanging out with friends or family.

My dad bought me Rosetta Stone for Chinese because it was on sale butttttt I don’t care for it too much. Like, if I didn’t know some Chinese already, I would be completely lost! Haha, we’ll see what happens though.

My summer's rather uneventful ;3; I spent my days mostly reading stuff to help me pick the best topic for my final paper, sometimes I watch movies I rented, then there's some college stuff I need to check on regularly. The weather here's sort of unpredictable, sometimes it's going from sunny to cloudy to windy, back to sunny, then it suddenly rains and I panic because I don't carry my umbrella with me! ._.

Also, for some reasons lots of the family members I knew are getting married this season. Need to lose some of my chubbiness to fit into the pretty little dresses I got to wear OTL

Rosetta Stone is a language program we have here in the United States. It's usually like $500 and has multiple different languages to learn. It's supposed to be very interactive and the user becomes fluent after completing 5 levels (which are long and sometimes frustrating, I've learned). Maybe it's because I'm using it to help me practice my Chinese that I'm having a difficult time with it, because the characters as will as pinyin, and with Romance languages and some other languages you don't have to deal with that. |'D
