I have been accepted into the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising San Francisco. I start my degree in fashion design in June. That answer your question? :3 I may also get a degree in psychological study later in life.

Mangaka, eh? I used to want to be that. I am not Japanese. It wouldn't work unless I moved there and produced the comics in Japanese.

To be a MANGA artist, then yes. Manga is, by definition, Japanese comics.
