There's someone deleting the homestuck smut from the HomestuckxReader group i follow

my two friends have had their account suspended due to a false flagging. their accounts were suspended when in fact they did nothing wrong. i would kindly like to know what can be done about it, if possible.

Is posting images just for the sake of arousing people (in an unartistic way, if that makes sense.) is there any way to report her? I've attempted to report similar cases, but was never responded to.
I also believe she may have stolen some of her images from the Internet.

There is a strong chance that the accounts are automated, in which case there is nothing I can do - the responsibility falls on the administrators to find a solution.

The website'll probably be blacklisted, and hopefully dA can block the actual IP Address [hoping it's one computer, which would make that easy] so another account can't be made.

The spammer is likely exploiting the ability to upload multiple deviations simultaneously, a feature reintroduced by 
Computers are not restricted to a single IP address. VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) and proxies allow the use of multiple IP addresses, nullifying the effectiveness of such a measure.

That's true, but who is to say that such a measure is invalid until it is attempted? VPNs may not be in use. If it is just one person, it would be an easy alternative than just allowing them to continue.

Given the spammer's technical expertise and their current automation method, I am almost certain that a VPN is in use, programmed to change their IP every few minutes. It would be the most effective response to an IP block.

This spammer replaces accounts the instant they get banned. In other words, they lay an egg on their death.
This will likely become worse than last year's spam plague. I personally reported hundreds of spam accounts between August and October, one by one.

dA's a big target for spam, it's likely to happen for years. But if we get the main site it's linking to taken down [shopforpoints], the spammer will have no need to continue.

I have a question. Can you get art thieves banned? I find a lot and report their deviations but they're still up.

Copyright Infringement is dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and so infringing deviations are likely to be removed without infliction of punishment to the deviants themselves.
There are far too many cases of copyright infringement for the few CEAs (Copyright and Etiquette Administrators) to resolve, hence the painfully long delay for action to be taken.

Sadly, dA doesn't help much with that...get the original owners of the art to report them themselves, because otherwise dA doesn't pay much attention.
