Taking a glimpse, I feel like a lot of your art looks kind of the same thing. They look flat and dead colors. I suggest to have a "realistic" feeling, look at photos and study the lightening, posture, wrinkles, etc. I also would like to add in put in different diversity. Eg. One character has a big, fat lips, chubby cheeks, and a double chin, while another character has really thin, flat lips, bony cheeks, and barely any fat on.
