Pretty gutsy discussing bathroom stuff like that publicly. As such, I'll give some advice I learned a long time ago.

Here's some solutions to removing the things you hate:
1. Place a piece of folded paper into the toilet bowl. It'll catch anything that comes out and not only prevents splashes, but prevents those annoying marks that occur when you flush it.
2. Go BEFORE you take a shower, even if you don't have to. The reason should be OBVIOUS.
