omg im so sorry that it took so long to get back to you. i'm super lazy and I don't get on here much anymore. as for commissions. well I've never done that myself. my mom made the head piece for me. She doesn't completely remember how she made it. If your feeling like being a little crafty I could try giving you basic info on what was used to make it and ask my mom for tips on how she thinks you could put it all together if you would like.
