And, about your question... It's pretty easy to apply it on your profile. You need to go to your profile and press "Edit Page" button
(I'm bad at selecting like this, don't mind xd). It should look like
. Then, you press "Misc (11)"
and search for "Pride" widget. Click on "Add widget" button. It shoul look like this
. Choose text you want to put on your flag and press "Save and Preview" and after that press "Install Now". That's it! Now, press blue "done" button
