It's Ritsu for me, and then Mio. I love Ritsu's energy as drummer and that she is a fan of The Who (one of the best bands ever). As for Mio, how can I not love another fellow bassist? xD

Ritsu and Mio are my top two also, the only thing I think about her favorite band member was from The Who is because...I don't think they'd mind if they mentioned them in a manga/anime, if it was anyone recent I'm pretty sure they'd try to get profit out of being in it, even if it's just a reference.

Ritsu's awesome and just all around fun.
Mio's adorable and overall just a great character due to her personality, tries to be serious, while trying to have fun with her friends. Yet scared of so many things. Which is why I like Ritsu and her together, Ritsu's always pushing her to stand up to her fears and I took notice of that straight away.

I agree, they should have had Ritsu referring to Keith Moon of The Who. I mean, the manga '20th Century Boys' references T. Rex (the band who wrote the song '20th Century Boy'), The Jimi Hendrix Experience, and The Rolling Stones (among others) quite a lot since they play a heavy role in the story. I mean, it was thanks to Naoki Urasawa's inclusion of such music was what got me to think of using music in my stories as well. (Heck, all of the story names refer to music).

Yeah, there are some great character development and bonds in that anime and manga which really makes me happy to see in a slice of life.
