You are most welcome, I have many ideas on running what I would hope to be an interesting campaign for Pathfinder. I have many ideas on how to do things to make true steampunk fantasy that it isn't human centered. Of course part of this is to make humanimals and driving force in the world but among the novels that form the base of Steam Punk is the Island of Dr. Moreau by H.G.Wells so they do have their place.

I still don't see the whole "problem" with so called 'furries'. in a way Elves and Dwarves are sort of the same thing. *shrug*

Hmmm, might i suggest just working on the 'mechanikal' side of things at first? Get the actual game mechanics and structure in place?

Also, have you head of/seen the 'Splat book' "Savage Species"? it has/had an interesting take on "Anthropomorphic" animals. Possibly something else to compare with for your works/endevours. :) (Smile)

A lot of races are there as counter points and other options to humans in a given RP series and system. I have read Albedo but am not a big fan of it. I'm a bigger fan of Shawntae Howard's Extinctioner series.

The mechanics of furries that I'm working on have been done in some ways. I just need to playtest a campaign with them to see how balanced they are. Both in terms of races and the little class tweaks I'm thinking about putting forth.

I had a copy of Savage Species at one point and the template was one of the better features but it seemed wrong to me for some odd reason. Green Ronin had a better template in the Manimal in Advanced Bestiary. But none of them really went far enough in many ways. One of the systems outside of D20 that I'm looking at for how things could work is Iron Claw and Jade Claw but I am also looking to be something more than just a D20 version of that system.
