I like Luna more than Celestia. Don't like Spike much...
And OC's...I really like well-balanced OC's. I'm against Alicorns because they are too much for one character. It's not balanced well.
Let's see...I like FreeStyle, Cheesy Cake, Evie, Jack Frost, Snow Drift, and Shadow Tread. Oh, and Frosty Grin. They all have well balanced characters, and the colors are not too wild.

I don't know a lot of OC ponies so I couldn't really tell you about those, but I really need some help designing Hard Drive if you'd be willing You don't have to of course.
