it's just, i disagree somewhat with the ace thing. i'm aspec myself, but cis ace/aros aren't inherently lgbt+ just because of a lack of attraction.
it's easier with the split attraction model, cuz somebody might be ace, but still experience romantic attraction. or vice versa. in that case, if they experience lgb+ attraction, then they are lgbt+, but if somebody ace or aro is cis and experiences hetero attraction (whether romantic or sexual), then i wouldn't consider them lgbt+
if they are both ace/aro, then i am uncomfy with them wanting to be a part of the lgbt+ community and call themselves things like queer, etc.
an aspec community would benefit the aspec way more than lgbt+ would, in this specific case. because at a certain point, lgbt+ resources cannot help a cis person who doesnt experience any lgb+ attraction? i just don't understand it.
LIKE! not to say that aspecs are invalid or anything ! not at all, they are totally valid, just them wanting to call themselves lgbt+ (if theya re cis and do not experience lgb+ atrtaction) confuses me and seems kinda.. invasive?
