Hello, I am a fellow Deviant, here on Deviant Art. Recently, I announced that I would make a Beyblade story/ a form of Fan Fiction, focusing on a new generation of Beyblade characters, stemming from the series that was created by Takafumi Adachi. After I posted the bio/background for one of my characters, I happened to stumble across your OC, who goes by the name of "Anashi Hagane."
Coincidentally, that is the name of a female character who will appear in my story/comic. I just thought I should point out that my character was not based off of yours, in any way, and that, until just recently, I had no idea there was a preexisting character who went by the same name. (From what I have seen so far, they do not share many of the same attributes/traits, short of the fact that both are "related" to Gingka Hagane.
If it would help to make things less complicated, I am more than willing to alter/change the name of my character, in order to avoid any form of conflict or confusion between the two of us, as well as other Deviants. I also do not mind mentioning this information in a Status Update or Journal Entry, if it would help. Additionally, if you would like me to, that is, I can also read your stories, to ensure that my story/Fan Fiction does not follow a similar plot line, with regards to the ones you have written so far.
I hope no hard feelings will arise from any of this; if you feel that altering/changing my character's name would be better, and help to avoid any form of conflict/confusion, I am more than willing to do so. Simply leave a comment on my profile page, or send me a note, and I will try to get in touch with you as soon as I can.

Ahh there's no problem with that! I do appreciate you trying to be careful though. I have actually already changed the name of that character (although I had not updated her on DeviantArt at all, so there was no way of anyone knowing that) and I practically never use her anymore. You may keep your character however you like her and I won't be assuming that you were copying me in any way. ^_^ Have fun writing your story! I may have to check it out.Β
