# About me
As we well know, the Belly Button or Navel, according to the Eastern Philosophy, is the centre of the Universe, the centre of our being, the Tao, the Yin and Yang.....Each one of us have an own belly button, that reflects our own soul...Children usually have an outie button that makes a change during the growth. Sometimes in fact the navel migrates from an outie to an innie button. I like all kind of buttons, but I mostly prefer to explore those innies. For me the female belly button is for contemplation while that male is for torture.
This is my first encounter on a bellybuttonnavel-lover community, and I am very glad and grateful to share this passion with you
Really, I must confess to you that until a few years ago I have had a kind of embarrassment to show my button...and I felt uncomfortable if someone looked at my tummy.
Now I'm trying to get over this shyness.... hope with yours help too !!!!
