He has lived on the planet Delkea(del-kay-a) up until he was 15 years old after he had just got the word of his fathers death very many years before hand by a couple of living Saiya-jins. He wanted to find them, being half Saiya-jin himself and not knowing too much of them he wanted to know more.
His father Broly was only with him until he was 2 years old, just about the time Elle was born. And by the time he was 15 his mother had died due to the war so he decided to seek out his only living sister.
He arrived on earth about 11 years later because he had no indication of where his mother hid his sister, but he knew she was with the other Saiya-jins so after visting planets he had been told that they had settled on Earth.
After landing and sought out his sister, he met the other Saiya-jins but the only one of his interest was Goku, him being younger because of the wish on the black star dragonballs.
Kyuuri felt so nervous around Goku, if Goku even talked to him, Kyuuri would freeze up and blush furiously. But after awhile he got used to the curious Saiya-jin and fell for him.
Kyuuri has the same legendary powers of his father and sister but because he had help all his life he can control it unlike his sister.
(Note: Kyuuri's voice sounds like Johnny Yong Bosch, voice actor of Nero from Devil May Cry 4 and Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach but he sounds more like Nero)
