I've tried to come up with a non-dorky/presumptuous way to put this, but failed. So here's the both dorky AND presumptuous version.
I notice and enjoy the fact that so much of your art is influenced by fan-writers' stories. Your artwork for "Down a Notch -- or Eight" is not only one of my all-time favorite "Prime-n-Megs just hangin' out" pics, but it also led me to that story, the first chapter of which I still secretly love. I don't know whether or not you read and enjoy the stories you illustrate. But just in case you do, and on the off chance that you might be interested in a recommendation, may I selfishly invite you to try out my own beloved opus "A Transformation in Five Acts"? www.fanfiction.net/s/5133607/1…
I wrote it out of a profound need to find some realistic way to end the TF War (this was before the comic writers -- bless them! -- did it for me!) But I still appreciate when people I admire give it a go.

Thank you!! I do read all of the fics that I illustrate, and with the exception of one old pic from 2007, all of the Transformers illustrations have been based on fics by ladydragon76. She and I are still trying to decide which of us is more spoiled by the other. :D (Big Grin) But I have heard of your story, and will make a point to read it as well. :) (Smile)

Thanks again! This is supposed to be our Year of Getting Stuff Done, so the Twin and I are trying to keep up the good momentum we've started out with. *fingers crossed*

Thank you!! And I'm glad to hear when people like their faces, and hands as well... some people don't care for the humanized sort of look, but it's how I've always imagined them, in G1/IDW-verse particularly. Plus it's a lot more interesting to draw than just plates of metal, with a limited range of motion. :) (Smile)

I think that the way you portray them is pretty amazing! My heart has always been with G1, which comes from watching them way back in the 80's, and I have seen some work on here where the mechanoid features are fantastically expressive, but you have added another kind of soul to them.
