Why thank you very much! Well to make that effect i just took a bunch of different colored crayons and glued them onto a white piece of cardboard with a hot glue gun. Then used a hairdryer(on high heat is usually best) to melt them. You have to stand the board up so that the wax drips down. It can be tricky to get it to drip right and you may have to blow them a few different ways before it works right but you should be able to get the hand of it. Hope i helped!
