Hello! I'm Kalynne, from South Africa. I'm a qualified Graphic Designer by day, however, digital art is my passion! I enjoy RPG gaming when I have time, reading fantasy, strong coffee, doughnuts and generally keeping to myself. I have a preference for painting portraits, because faces fascinate me and have the potential to completely capture a character as a whole. Good to meet you :)COMMISSIONS:

My style is pretty realistic, and I like to use photographic references to get your character looking as believable as possible. This way, we can really bring your character to life :)
MY PROCESS:
1) Email me a brief description of your character, including a little about their personality. Be sure to include any important visual features like birthmarks, scars, beauty spots or accessories. Plus, three or four image references that may help me move in the right direction.
2) Rough sketch: I'll do a linework draft for you to approve. At this stage, I ask you to look at the facial features, expression, pose and clothing. Once this stage has been approved, it can't be changed! So please be sure you request your changes here :)
3) Payment: I will send you an invoice via PayPal, which needs to be paid BEFORE I can begin the painting process. This is just for security reasons. Regret no refunds.
***Please note: In order to pay via PayPal, you will need a Credit Card***
4) Painting Stage: The real magic begins! I will bring your character to life, and pick the best background. I like to use beautiful photography for the background, as I feel it adds more realism to the piece. I use freely-available photos from www.unsplash.com

M'kay, so I just downloaded one of your new drawings and tried converting it. Seems there isn't a "Save As" feature for PDF files. Some ideas for changing them would be rescanning as a JPG, or "copy and pasting" it together in Paint using "Print Screen."
