I had a look on your gallery i feel that your photography is good and i like the two building n the church and also savannah2
and just try to take photos in different angles
and take as many as you can of an particular subject
so you can make a decision which one if better to showcase in your gallery
and i can't really say what others feels about your photography but i think your have started photography because you love to do it and you are new in photography and if you want to know what other think about your photography then ask them after some-days because some of them are inactive because of there work and study..... and a last think which you should know is do some photo-retouching(like color correction, noise reduction ,etc...) work on your photographs so they look awesome!

Didn't want to send you two huge messages from your comments, so I again thank you for the feedback!
Again I've been messing with the standard iPhoto on my macPro and with tall the edits I do lean towards darker set pictures and colors (kind of artsy) compared to realistic.
Now I have a Nikon D3100 and I can never see the differences between the different settings on my camera. Could you tell me what they would do? Or should I google it 
I'll even be attempting to do my friends senior pictures (for free to see how good I am) and would love to get your views on them too when I'm done with them

OK i really don't know what setting does professionals do but i have a link which will help you do your own setting in your camera for obtaining different result of one object photo, does not matters that they are showing it on canon, but most of setting on all the cameras are some i have a Sony h-50 which has only auto-focus, it means no lenses so i have limited zoom of 15x and only 9mpixel....and to know how each and every camera setting work ....just note this you have to know what are the camera setting not how to do photography and all.... i found some video tutorial so can know what does the term ISO n other are ! actually i have a one really good tuto but i m unable to find i will like to share it with when i will find it and that what i i share links to my friends n teachers and all of them who i know.... hope you link this link : [link]
