Hrm, well, there's always that old saying about practice! But really, it depends what you want to draw. If you want to draw ponies, then I started by taking just screenshots from the show and trying to sketch them as closely as possible, and keeping in mind where the legs connected and how the 'bones' underneath them would look. Also, find some really good artists who've been drawing for years and try to see what tricks they use to draw ponies, and their anatomy. It helps you evolve from the show's style to find your own style that you like.
