My account name is so horrible, but I created it when I was 9 so please, don't pay attention '-'Hi everyone! I'm Pauline, a 15 years old French girl (so you understood that English's not my native language : please don't kill me if I do grammatical mistakes).
I love reading (long live French literature and poetry but I also love teenage books - "Chroniques des temps obscurs" and "La guerre des clans" are my favourite - and mangas, haha), drawing (especially wolves), writing (especially poems), photography and video games (Kingdom Hearts & Pokemon & Okami = best games ever!!!) :D I'm in "Première L", which means I'm studying languages and literature more than anything else (including 8 hours of French literature and 10 hours of foreign languages per week... haaaahaha)
I'm not going to tell you more about me (I don't think it's really interesting... It just makes me improve my English 8D) so, let's have fun and if you want to, don't hesitate to tell me what you think about my art

I haven't learned Polish, but I had a Polish penfriend, and I went there during 10 days during the last spring. Beautiful country, really kind people !

I've never been in France (I promise that I will), but I find your country pretty interesting. Mainly because of people like Denis Diderot or Balzac. And of course because of "Encyclopédie". Speaking of penfriend - in our french textbook there are a lot of exercises based on letters from french correspondents to their polish friends and vice versa.

So, another surprise for you: I learned about them thanks to polish lessons. Their work and Encyclopedie were my topics on oral exams which prepare to final exams. And final exam is the same thing as yours BAC.

Yes, we also learn about Moliere, Fontaine, de Bergerac or Proust. And by learn, I mean reading some of their works and analyzing on lessons.

I love French litterature, but I haven't already read some Proust. I should do it, he's so famous >< I personnaly love the litterature, especially during the years from 1800 to 1899 (Balzac, Maupassant, Rimbaud...)

Do you have a romantic soul? 
Have you ever heard about Mickiewicz, or Słowacki? They were grat polish poets. Joseph Conrad was polish too. Reymont, Sienkiewicz, Miłosz and Szymborska - they are laureates of Nobel Prize in literature.
Kinda funny story: one of most important books for Poles is "Sir Thaddeus" written by Mickiewicz. It begins with "Lithuania, my fatherland!" It's because of Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and fact, that Mickiewicz was born in Zavosse.
I can recommend you Andrew Sapkowski's books. He wrote "The Witcher". Maybe you know a computer game under the same title?
