i'm okay.. . i should have started a still life a few weeks ago but have been putting it off.. partially intimidated and partially lazy.. i was thinking about taking a trip cross country this summer..
i don't have any pressing responsibilities and have some money that i was saving for school but i think i need to get out of this area for a while.. ..

i was going through some of my references and have yet to find any wolves.. i know they are there.. but i did get some other animal skechin in...
have to get some cleaning done

Um, well i rarely do life drawings, practise drawing fruit or hands etc. So i was wondering if you do or not like an artist should.

And swish...is a really old word and is rarely used because its kinda dorky. Swish kinda refers to when you get a goal or a ball through the net, so the swish is the sound of the ball hitting the net. So when you get something right or somethings good it was used in that context. But seriously, no one ever uses it anymore, i think it should stay dead.

I've heard of Loomis before but i haven't been able to read any of his books so this is really great, thanks.

i don't draw too much fruit.. but i do draw a lot of other nonsense around me.. especially mah cats... if only they would stay still.. and i do enjoy me some figure drawing... i also should start a still life for a portfolio
i just have to put off procrastinating ...

ohhhh!! THAT swish... i don't think i've ever heard that phrase out side of basketball.. it is quite dorky... which makes it even better... haha..

i don't know where i would be without Loomis... probably in a gutter..

i rarely do pieces that i feel are worth posting... i doodle a lot, work too much, and daydream more often than there are hours in a day... when i do find something,
i have a tendency to leave and come back to it over a period of a century and finally get fed up looking at it.... that is usually when i post...
i will make it a point to do so more often =]

Haha, sounds like what i do except when i have to submit something for uni, create some forced mess and never want anyone else to see it. Ah well.

i stayed up all night working on a piece for a final .. fell asleep and my cat walked all over it... that was one thing the instructor advised us not to do ...

i've been meaning to experiment with more traditional media.. your art is an inspiration for that...

are you still at uni?...

I am still at uni, in my third year now getting ready for the degree show. And i am tired but i'm also buzzing from too many cups of tea so i'm drawing people drinking...tea!

Hows your course going? I've only just fallen into mixed media, i'm getting into drawing people again, i think my works going to turn very expressive and emotional based which i'm happy with since before it didn't have much meaning to it.
