Being the flinchy person that she is, Serafima jumped a little from the suddenness of the muscular German woman's quick reaction time to hearing her voice. She must have very good reflexes indeed. It does take much time and training for someone to be able to lift as much as she can, this goes especially for a woman of a certain body type.
