If the computer is slow, you should to delete unuseful programmes and files. Maybe your drawing plagins are broken because your computer haven't got enough free memory.

Oh,I know that,but I don't have my own pc my dad uses it too and adds programmes that are useful to his job so I am not allowed to delete anything,I clean my pc from spams and cookies and broken programs only those
