Hey there, its been a while I hope u r doing good specially being in Spain ,owing to current circumstances I got a few word to say here
Its just a virus that can be defeated with good immunity
Just eat lots and lots of veggies
ABSOLUTELY avoid Sugars and JUNK Food
cut slices of lemon and pour hot water on them ( DO NOT BOIL THE SLICES) just add hot water
and drink
its got vit C a great Immunity booster
and Keep me updated
Oh yea this does not mean u shud not follow the govt instrutcions to saty at home
