How do i do that? I'm mostly using mobile so i dont think I can

If you go to the MORE tab, click Groups. When you find a group you like, click on it, then when you're on their page, click join group, and depending on the group, you may be instantly accepted into it.
Then to submit art, go to the picture you want to upload, click Submit To Group ( or something like that :s) and type in the name of the group
