There is a gland in the brain, and its naturally asleep/calcified. When you wake it up through meditation you see a bright light, end become enlightened. What happens is, your pineal gland releases DMT, and your brain releases melatonin, and when those two chemicals combine, it creates the enlightening process.

Your entire body goes numb, your head gets heavy. In order to wake up your third eye, you need to meditate and practice, and stare into a spot long enough till your brain starts to fall asleep with your eyes open, and releases these chemicals.

The pineal gland/third eye naturally releases DMT and melatonin, when you sleep..after you enter a certain stage of sleep called "REM".

After you wake up your third eye, it makes your brain excel faster and makes your more intelligent, motivated, artistic, and just basically happy in general. You realize that life is just a roller coaster, and nothing matters. You stop worrying about the future, and stop thinking about the past.
