Hey, Limskaya!
Ik heb een vraagje. Vrijdag maak ik een nieuwe cake (ik ga nog niets verklappen) en ik wil nieuwe smaken proberen. Ik heb een recept gevonden voor boterroom met ganache (boterroom, witte chocolade en slagroom, recept van de koekjesfee). Denk je dat ik dat rechtstreeks onder fondant mag gebruiken of gaat die dan smelten? Meestal raden ze het af bij slagroom, maar ben dus niet zeker van deze combinatie.

Hey,

Ik gebruik die witte ganache met boterroom gewoon hoor, ganache is eigenlijk nooit een probleem. Het is pas als je echt slagroom gebruikt dat de fondant gaat smelten. Het is super lekkere ganache trouwens! Heb hem al vaak gebruikt.

Ah, goed, dan ben ik zeker dat het goed blijft. Het zou spijtig zijn als het mislukt.
Ik heb al een verrassing voor jou: voor de tweede laag probeer ik boterroom met echte mango. Ik zal je laten weten hoe dat gaat!

De boterroom met mango was niet slecht, maar mocht meer smaak hebben. Ik denk dat essence dan toch beter zal zijn omdat je dan meer de smaak kan doseren.

Hoi,

Eigenlijk is er geen groot geheim aan, ik speel een beetje vals: mango smaakstofje van LorAnne Oils... Misschien dat ik het ooit eens met echte mango's probeer, maar dat is voorlopig nog niet gelukt. Zodra ik er mee experimenteer, laat ik het je weten!

Verder gebruik ik het recept van de Koekjesfee voor merengue boterroom: [link] .
Veel lekkerder en lichter dan de gewone in my opinion

Ik gebruik ook het recept van de koekjesfee. Ik maak zelfs regelmatig haar boterroom met ardbeien. Superlekker! Ik ga eens proberen om de aardbeien te vervangen door mango en kijken of dat werkt. Ik hou je op de hoogte!
