The internet I made some edits on the wallets from what I found because I wanted more pockets and the flowers are probably my favorite to make <3 (besides the fact that my wrists are hurting from ripping tape )

I sold 11 wallets at AMW if you can believe it! (I'm looking at it as paying for my accident ticket).

I could cut it with scissors but I think ripping actually gives it a better edge (weird, huh?)

I see...well, thinking about how duct tape looks when you rip it vs cutting it, and can see why there would be a difference. I don't think it's too weird!

I'm doing pretty well right now. I finally found some inspiration to work on stuff for National Novel Writing Month in November. The thing is, you can't have anything "written" but you can have characters, plots, events, and locations all planned out! So, I got quite a bit done on that over the last couple of hours. I might type up what I have and post it in a journal with a spoiler warning for the people I don't RP with. XD I can't believe it...a spoiler warning on my own story. XDD

It was! It was sort of weird though. I went in to the weekend hoping to sell 3 over the whole thing. Sold 5 on Friday. was like and then only sold 1 on Saturday. Sold another 5 on Sunday ^.^

Wow, planning on November already! Is that when the novel is due? how long does it have to be? Good luck with it! I will definitely be on the lookout for the "spoiler." ^^

Yes. XD I'm getting a head start. Basically, a participant has to write 50,000 words in one month, from November 1 to November 30. Pretty much all the character profiles have spoilers for people that don't know them, though. Which is unfortunate, but my friends have wanted to know the details of how these two characters met, even if they already know what happened in their pasts to land them there. OTL

Well you are in school so I don't expect immediate responses xD.

The memory card holder got dented so I couldn't get my camera chip to read- all fixed now! And Natalie is now the proud owner of a 2011 red Nisaan Sentra.

I just got another long term teaching spot for Spanish in the same district! So now it is serious crunch time to get stuff put together cause now I have to plan/grade/actually do stuff in the classroom (how fif you make that sweatdrop smiley?) Tis all a little overwhelming cause it came out of nowhere (the school wasn't expecting it yet either!)

So glad to hear that you are recovered and active again. How go classes?

They're pretty tough just because I have so many, but it's not overwhelming yet. I'm pretty sure everything will come to a head around the end of October, but once I'm past that, it should be just fine!

It's actually kind of strange how I got it. The teacher wasn't supposed to go on maternity leave till end of October, but the baby came a month and a half early so the school was not prepared for it. The second middle school that I was at last year, the principal there used to be an assistant principal at this third school so her recommendation carried a lot of weight.

I am definitely happy to be employed full time (through Thanksgiving) but this one is definitely mmore stressful than my other one. I have 2 classes of 36 students, and 1 class of 38, and that's only half. 188 kids total. I also plan directly with the other Spanish teacher which is nice in the sense that I don't have to plan too much, but I also feel like I don't get to be as creative... if that make sense? Is it bad that I am counting down the days till she gets back?

And I have zilch motivation to work on anything over the weekend x_x
Lot's of projects/tests/papers? When does your practicum start? And where at this time?

Oh my gosh...That's really scary, but it sounds like everything was/is fine? I'm glad you could get that recommendation. It sounds like it really helped.

O_O So many students! I don't think I've ever been in a class that big, and I know I've never taught one. Even if this is late and it's almost Thanksgiving break, how is everything going?

Yeah, I did...I actually just finished the largest thing that I was working on for two months yesterday. It feels so good to be done with. And the practicum was a lab practicum at Eastern. I observed two labs and taught one. I thought it was going to be so much worse.
