If you don't want your submissions to be declined, follow the group's submission rules.

Also, put some thought into what you are actually submitting.

Submissions will be approved as long as they follow the submission rules. Remember that this is a group for sharing and promoting art, not news or other matters.

If it is not your original content, it must be submitted to the Fan Art folder, and preferably properly attributed to the original artist.

That kind of thinking is for people who produce "art" like factory lines. No heart, no selection, no thought. I'm sure you've read my previous arguments (better self-criticism, pacing, etc.) on the topic.

However, if we put it up to a vote among administrators (and members) then the voice of the majority must be followed. I am against the removal or increase of the weekly limit, but I will comply with changes advocated by democratic vote.

Seriously though, I am a member of some groups that limit it to one per week. What's more, (for one of the groups I joined) you have to do a critique for someone before submitting your own. How's that for strict? X(

Here is my suggested poll:

How do you feel about the 3 submissions per week limit?

1. It's good. It teaches me to analyze and choose my best works and also how to pace myself.
2. I don't like it, it should be increased to something like 5 to 10 per week.
3. Why put a limit anyway? Let's remove it altogether!
4. I actually think we need to reduce it. Too many people submit "art" without thinking.
5. Other. (Please leave a comment.)

P.S. BTW, we still haven't resolved the Featured folder issue. Maybe we can vote on that one next time around.
