Hey there! Glad you're here!My name is Lizzi and I live in the beautiful United Kingdom.
The creative part of me revolves around two main passions:
ART & MUSIC
Art: I have many years of experience in drawing and painting, mainly portraits. I also love photography and know how to use Photoshop. I love any kind of art, but I can't deny my interest in horror themed pictures.
Music: I play piano since I was 2 years old and still love it. I also play a bit of guitar, but I wouldn't say I'm amazing at it :D. Music is very important to me, as it can tell stories without the need of words (just like art.)
I like to stay creative and bombard myself with projects all the time.
Right now I work for a book publisher (Edition Ecrilis) as their Graphic Designer and Illustrator.

Don't give in to the stress Lizzi ! I actually moved to Portugal to get away from it, so ... take it easy, enjoy yourself ... learn from the Portuguese : if you can't do it today, next week will be OK too LOL.
I'll be on the lookout for you new painting but .. no rush !

well right now it's hard. i've had 3 really stressful years and though the really stressy part of my life is over, it's stuck on me. but i try to shake that off as good as i can.
yep... no rush.. haha i've been trying to finish a painting for alain. still couldnt finish it. but it's probably because i dont like the picture. i hope i'll find the time to paint a new one as soon as possible

I get that, stress sticking on you ... been there. But - hard as it may be - you HAVE to let it go Lizzi. Otherwise it'll prevent you from enjoying the new stuff !
I get the desire to move to America too, I'm from Belgium originally (like Alain) and planned on moving to New York (where I have quite a few customers) for years. Untill I fell in love with our domain here in Portugal. It's the exact opposite of New York (it's in the middle of nowhere ... we're surprised if one car passes by in a week !) but we absolutely adore it !
About the painting for Alain ... stop the one you're doing now and put it aside. Starting a new one will motivate you again and it'll be done a lot sooner. And go back to the current one in a month or more, you might rediscover it and get excited by it again.
