now that i think about it i don't completely know how to submit to or when to submit to you prompts.

For general submissions, you just have to go to the group gallery and you'll see the submissions buttons.

As for the prompts, the dates for which submissions are accepted are mentioned in the blogs pertaining to them, and when you have a deviation to submit to one, you just have to go to the Writing Prompt folder and submit.
