Hun, you can't get things right when you think they are needed. Some art trades have taken even longer. It didn't even take me two weeks. It's not "annoying". It should be understandable because I have a life besides the internet. It was FREE art, meaning it's like it really didn't matter one way or another. Commenting on peoples pages and sending them notes won't help a thing. It actually annoys me more than it annoys you.
So one word darling,
Patience. Please have it next time we do an art trade or something.

Well I'm sorry, I was never trying to be rude. You're the one who decided they wanted to make a big fuss. 
Please don't take this the wrong way, and definitely don't cause a huge fight over it. But next time someone asks you when an art trade will be finished or if they have finished and you realize you haven't, be honest and don't quickly scribble your half. It's obvious that it was drawn in what, 5-10 minutes? The lines over cross each other and the colors were messily drawn. I had a quick look at some of your other art to make sure I wasn't just insulting you and I was right, your other art is much better, and you should take that as a compliment. So next time just tell me it'll take a bit longer for you to finish, I had just thought you hadn't finished/started it (and I was right so I was asking you, It just came out a bit rudely.

Excuse me? For your information, I had to redraw it a bunch of times before I got a decent head.
It's not going to get top notch art every time. I will redo it when I have the time then. I didn't scribble it, thanks.
If you don't like it then just keep it to yourself. I am clearly becoming irritated. It's not a fight.
It's me telling you to be a bit more patient.

And it IS insulting, dear.
How would you like it if I was like "Oh please don't scribble it." Actually, I shouldn't have to redo it. That's how my art is. It's how it always has been. I don't use a tablet so it's not gonna look perfect. The program I use isn't recommended the  best either.

I have realised that you're irritated as I am too. 
If you're so annoyed by this, then go ahead, critique my artwork. It's always good to get advice.
I believe I already said I didn't mean for it to be an insult.
I honestly wouldn't have minded, I would have gone back and re-drawn it for you and asked you how you wanted it drawn.
Go ahead, don't re-draw it, I'll be fine with that if you stop arguing with me.
I didn't mean to upset you about your art. I also didn't realise you drew with a mouse.
What program do you use? I could recommend you some better and free programs.
