Yeah you should look into talking to a GP about medication for anxiety or looking into counselling to help you learn how to manage any social fear you have

well it would have helped if others didn't treat me like shit many years ago but it is what it is I honestly don't mind being a hermit it is just really lonely I don't know how to make friends nore find a girlfriend ppl came to me in all honesty I never found them they found me.

If you want to find friends and possibly make a connection only YOU can do that. You have to decide you want to get out there and start making plans/goals with yourself.Β
