I like your character, wrapping some on in bandages gives them a lot of character. Samurai Deeper Kyo is My fav manga and anime. I don't think the anime does the manga justice though. Yukimura is my love (haha), though I never really do any fan art of him. I'll have to check out your fan art when you put some up ^_^.
