Truly appreciated, but i am dying to ask, are there any particular purchasable books/or free tutorials a beginner could use to learn how to do atleast decent concept art? As i am one of the one's who simply cannot afford the courses/training that -mind F***ingly- seems to give people the skills to create unspeakable talent like that in mere weeks while people who have to try and learn on their own struggle -and practically always fail- no matter how hard they try, for years.

I by no means have any knowledge of digital media itself/or tablets (i don't know anything of any digital drawing programs either), but will hopefully get to them if i ever finally finish/attain acceptable traditional media skill/knowledge.Β  Regardless, i wish to know what- if anything- a person can do do try and learn such skills/concept artwork when they don't have the option of expensive courses/training.

(two books i already have in my drawing/painting book collection, though i have not touched these two yet as they are of course meant for digital media/tablets/etc which i know nothing of but will get to hopefully if i ever get a firm set of know-how/skill in traditional media drawing)Β  these are made by 3dtotal publishing.
"Art Fundamentals - Color, Light, Composition, Anatomy, Perspective and depth"
"beginner's guide to digital painting in photoshop" (-this one i heard the lessons are based on a now outdated version of photoshop-)

someone recommended "color and light" by james gurney but i don't know if it's a suitable book for beginners or only experienced artists.

In terms of books, I haven't got a single one. I have learned all the fundamentals in high school and it was all traditional (I may even still have some figure drawings in my gallery (if I haven't deleted them)) Therefore I don't know any good books, or online lessons in that area. I can direct you to what skills you will need to learn (and you probably already know) but other than that I can't be of much help.

In terms of digital, I as well am learning all on my own. Schools are too limited and are mostly on the other side of the world (USA) Still, there are some really great guys that are making videos that can teach you something, or at least inspire you to do more work
Feng Zhu's design cinema

www.youtube.com/user/FZDSCHOOL

Scott Robertson's free tutorial fridayΒ

www.youtube.com/channel/UCrJhS…

ImagineFX's videos

www.youtube.com/channel/UCbxgF…

(these don't have commentary but are still good)

Noah Bradley (he has online course as far as I know)

www.youtube.com/channel/UCYu89…

I'm sure if you search for these youtube will start suggesting more.Β

Sorry I can't be of much help with the fundamentals (which in my opinion is the most important part) but I am sure somewhere in these videos you will get directed to a good book anyway.

There's one last critical thing i need to ask however, is math critically needed in order to get the skills/talent of such beautiful art work? I recently flipped through one of the concept art learning books i have "Art fundamentals - Color, light, Composition, Anatomy, perspective, and depth" and it emphasizes gemometry and calculations of the "golden ratio" and etc.
I was never able to handle mathematics in school, always finding them impossible and soon becoming disgustingly irritating and pathetic.
Can people learn how to make concept art without being good at math? I would seriously hate to have to pick up a bunch of math books (which should be ironic for someone supposed to be studying art books) to drudge through the terrible crap i couldn't tolerate in my school years.

wow, although i do wish i had more art classes when i was in high school, it would have been of little use anyway as all such classes/teachers were all just terrible and not very good or beneficial in anyway.
And i'm just going to guess that by "all the fundamentals in high school" you mean both the figure/anatomy of characters and somewhat backgrounds/environments themselves, which to me seems impossible traditionally.
As for figure drawing, i'm currently studying the book "figure drawing, design and invention" by Michael hampton, trying to learn the generic/simplified figure/anatomy before i try to find sources to learn how to fully detail characters, and then color/light/shading, and then after all that finally backgrounds/environments.(some people keep suggesting "drawing on the right side of the brain" but it seems so photographically real that making the transition over to the styles i wish to pursue [Concept] and [Manga] would be difficult.

I'll definitely check out those guys videos and try to learn whatever i can, thanks.Β  I've already been scrambling for quite some time gathering any learning material for drawing/painting i can find, including books/videos/tutorials.
