... I just had a minor panic attack before remembering I had put my name in my profile.. xD
But yeah I like weapons. I really like high quality line arts. A weapon can be beautiful with color or without. Because sometimes color just throws a weapon when a boss line art can be sublime.

Anwaaay. Its nice to find another who agrees. I mean line work and coloring. Coloring is a dirty nasty buisness while line work is straight forward. You have shading, depth, contract, lighting, and so much more for coloring. Thats not even taking into acounts the billions of styles possible.. Nor the effects or tools you can use to achive said coloring.
Thats why I like it when people leave each version of a drawing. Line, color, updated coloring, edits, ect. Just throw it all into scraps instead of storing or deleting.

You're quite right.
And I'll add to that - I could draw up a number of things in pencil/pen in a day. But color takes so much longer to do.
Of course, color really shows you the full intent of what the piece is supposed to look like.

Yes but sometimes.. Color can ruin the picture. ITs the small details of coloring that made it impossible for me to draw. I am okay with line art or sketches but throw color to it and I burn out... I don't have the skill nor the hands for it. I shake pretty badly at times when I am trying to keep a stable line. Thats why I am more of a theory and idea person. I can throw out ideas and descriptions all day but actually drawing it could take me weeks.

Ya know, I used to feel very similar. Doing color was the bane of my artistic existence. I hated doing it. Good line work would be ruined in an attempt to color it.
It was that way until I decided I really needed/wanted to get it right. I pushed myself to do it. ...and it still wasn't going right.
Then I came to the realization of what was wrong.
When you draw in pen/pencil you start with light and work toward dark or shadow. Painting is the opposite. You start dark and work toward highlights.
That made a huge difference. But it can still be a pain in the butt.
I also learned that speed and accuracy aren't a talent based thing. It really is a skill you have to practice at. If I slack off for a couple weeks I have to retrain my hand-eye skill again to freshen it up.

I completely understand though with the shaky hands - arthritis and carpal tunnel, got em both. I can be quite difficult but with motivation most things are possible.

True but I like words better then pictures at times. I can give vivid wonderful descriptions if I am passionate about it. True my grammar isn't the best but if yu can voice your thoughts then does grammar really matter?
After all no one thinks exactly the same nor do they process the same. It goes doubly so for art since everyone has their own tiny changes they put onto a style. Their own flare. Without it then everything would be bland and alike which would be a living hell. A world of normal. Its a horrible thought. Where everyone is just a little sheep all baahing to the same tune and dance. Not a single person to innovate or strike out.
