She moved my rpg form myspace to BBA. It has been a year and she kept this a secret. I just found out she has been exploiting my storyline and characters. Ever heard of The Bloodskins? I am the writer/creator of most [All the original characters I created I will be posting here including her character Silva which I created for her when I asked her to originally join my pride/rpg] the characters she uses and the entire storyline she claims as her own ask my friend who has been around since I created the storyline. I see, but did you give her ownership of Silva? If not then I might be able to help you. as for the Rpg, is she taking your plot and applying it to the characters that she had also evidently stolen?

I will be fully honest. Some characters may not be mine since she took my storyline and expanded it. I only made th first 20-25 original characters. It is one thing though to steal something and roleplay with it or whatever but to come onto an official art site and claim work as your own when it did not come from your own creative mind, that is wrong. I also have gotten a few complaints recently that I am not the only one being attacked by this girl. She has been seen taking other ideas and claiming them as her own. Even if I cannot fix the damage she has done to me I want to let others know at least, we here on deviantart need to band together and let thieves know that taking others work is not acceptable.

I actually revoked the character from her and she refused to let it go. She kept the character and for the longest time I just had to ignore her and let all my roleplayers know she was a fraud. You see in the begining I knew this girl and when I made the first bloodskin, Raptor, she saw my bio and wanted to be part of. Along with a few others. So I specially made the first two characters for her and a friend of mine. Silva and Sangui. Then I continued to make other characters allowing people to join my storyline. Originally I did not want anyone other than raptor to be a blood. But since people liked it so much I was nice enough to expand my work. Well I originally told silva/alex i could not handle rp for awhile I was having some major isssues in rl. I asked her and Sangui if they would kep things in order UNTIL I GOT BACK. when I returned she had already told new roleplayers it was hers, she refused to give me all my rights back, and she had many people manipulated except for the original roleplayers I collected. It has been one huge mess and battle for my artwork for almost two years now. Eventually I let it go, I mean she just had my characters on myspace and myspace is full of art thieves. However, the day I saw she brought them here, to an official art site, and seen her proboard & BBA I was disgusted. You can only imagine how I felt seeing my work under the name of another everywhere I looked. I mean I just do not get it... she made her character Jana and a whole storyline.. why couldn't she use hers? Why couldn't she work on hers? Why mine? Why me? I honestly cannot understand why people do this and to this level.

She has taken everything from the name of my pride, to many of my characters, to all original bios & personality sheets.

So the characters she is using now are still hers. That means those characters aren't stolen at least. Look i actually am aquainted with the person on DA and I had mentioned this problem to them. A lot of peole believe that the work is hers and I am kind of on the fence here. I mean, there is no solid proof that the storyline is yours, I mean you could have just written it up and tried to fram her, but at the same time there is no 100% solid proof that it is her's either

I understand where you are coming from. I wish I had something that I could use as proof but the only thing I can think of is logic. If you ask her she will tell you I roleplayed Raptor in 2009. Raptor, storyline wise is the heir to the Bloodskin line, not Silva. Silva was kind of adopted by Ciscero along with her brother killer. I chose Raptor to roleplay because she was the heir. That way in roleplay and ooc I was able to make executive decisions for the group. It only makes sense. Now let us say that Alex really wrote it all. Why would she choose to roleplay Silvaticus? Silva really had no major importance in the storyline. Why that character?

Originally when I started exposing this girl was to warn others. I did not expect her to take anything down and I wasn't out to convince anyone because I know the truth; a long with a few others who were there in our roleplay realm in 2009. But let me tell you something, it hurts like hell to see someone flat out lie and getting away with this. Honestly, The girl used to be my friend and I would have never thought she was capable of stealing and lying to such a degree. In fact, I would have nothing against her if it were not for the fact that she did this to me. I don't enjoy the chaos I have created by fighting for my work but I was always taught to fight for what you believe in and that is what my Bloodskins stood for.

At any rate, I would even respect your choose should you choose to wash your hands of the matter. It is not your problem and for all I know you do not even have the time. I however will continue doing what I believe in and fight for what I care about. I will give a friendly warning to any I can.

So far it seems like if she did steal from you,she is taking characters that normally belonged to her and just changing the storyline of the Bloodskins to one that she likes. It doesn't matter whether or not Silva was a significant character it was given to her at the time and she might have liked the character.

I think that the only thing that she had stolen from you is the name. She had changed the storyline evidently so I think that is why she is saying that she hasn't stolen anything. She may have changed the plot so that it wouldn't be stealing.

So there is no misunderstanding I am not claiming I wrote her storyline. I understand she changed a lot, added characters, and even took a few of my characters and molded them to her own creation. I do not want credit for any of her work however what was stolen from me was an idea. The way I see it is everything she has now is because my original work inspired her. In fact I can honestly say I am flattered that my work had inspired her that much. In my opinion though, I feel her work is a type of fanart. She was inspired by someone's creation and created her own version. Nonetheless that version would never had been created without the first. Just like fanart. So it is clear to anyone who can read this I feel as if an I e a a has been stolen. And to me ideas are so very precious.

its all good girl lol I know this really isn't my best work but this was the only traditional work I had uploaded I just recently drew three rly good characters from one of my RP soo I'm gonna get those up soon as my scanner stops bein BOB(insider)
