It looks like you're work has come a long ways, have you been taking classes because I really want to get better like a lot better but I never know what I should and shouldn't be doing besides practicing. And I like being critiqued so I'd really enjoy any feedback on any of my works

I'm glad that you noticed . I didn't really start taking my drawing seriously until 2010. That's when I really started improving. It's also when I started college. But most of my improvement came with me being very cognizant of how things really look. 

You'll notice yourself improve a lot once you use reference often and memorize how a body part looks and whatnot. Also especially push yourself to do dynamic poses too.

I took a gander through your gallery, I can say that you have a solid handling on how to draw and stylizing. I think your style is interesting I think what you mainly have to work on is a solid handling on your rendering of your illustrations (like coloring). You should also invest on getting a solid scanner

Haha man your life the third person to tell me about that scanner, I guess you guys know what your talking about though, so you got better by realizing the workings of anatomy? Like figure drawing and things like that? Because in just about to start college and it's a JC in riverside RCC and my high school teacher told me I should got there because they have a good animation program. What other classes do you think I should do? Sorry about asking all these questions this is just something in really committed too so I figured I should get a lot of info

No I don't mind, I was the same way xD. Yes, figure drawing helps a lot. You're able to see things you weren't able to see before. If you're gonna major in Animation just take any of the classes they give you. It'll all be helpful to you, even the gen eds.

And yes, getting a scanner is a must, lol.

I believe it's all a learning process in due time. As far as character design, the key thing to know is less is more. Simple, practical, and recognizable. As far as story-boarding, there's a lot to that, so you'll learn that on the way when you start animation They'll prepare you with that information when you start your animation classes
