What do you love about storms? I the lightning and thunder, especially when you are in a quiet room, taking a test It gives me a jolt of energy because the sound/sight both scares and excites me
I look like a crack-head in class, but OH WELL!

I'm quite the same, really! It gives me a thrill tbh. The only thing I don't like is being the driver while it's like that, cause visibility is awful. But in a way, the possibility of things going wrong (but hopefully /not/ going wrong) is kinda exciting? 

It's interesting that you like it during tests. I love storms as long as I'm inside looking out, if I'm out... there better be a good reason for it and it's not that I'm just stuck out waiting for the bus or something!

I don't mind being out in the rain, so long as the temperature is good. I will take hot and wet over cold and wet any day.
