those characters were actually designed by me, and they were on hold by the person you bought them from for a year and a half. they never actually finished their payment, so they never owned the adopts. i don't know why they thought they could sell them to you. they never contacted me about an ownership change.

i wanted to contact you because i wanted to fix the situation. i've taken the adopts off hold for the person, but they also did claim they owned them and unfairly sold them to you, so i don't want to just go ahead and sell them to someone else.

do you still want the characters? you could buy them from me, do you remember how much the person made you pay? they paid me 60 as part of their payment, which i could take out of the cost of the adoptables. i would probably charge 90 for the two adoptables together, (40-50 each) minus the 60, so it would be 30 for you. i feel bad charging you, since it wasn't your fault, but i've had similar problems where people just took advantage of me.

and i'm terribly sorry about this whole situation!! i really should have kept better track of who was exploiting my hold system & caught it before they sold them to you.

Well- I think they charged me at least 300 points for each... so, I don't really know what to do about that. Thank you for contacting me, though.

300 each?? wow. they offered me 60 and 3 headshots. if they're ever active on their account then i will definitely talk to them. i would suggest asking for a refund if they ever come back online, their username is .Painted-Galaxyss if you don't have it.

i did receive the 60 eventually, but they never finished the art pieces and the last few times i've tried to contact them they haven't responded. i actually had to hunt you down through their journal comments and post favorites when i noticed they had titled an art piece of #4 "not mine anymore".

whatever you'd like to pay is totally fine with me, i'd like to be able to just close them and be done with the situation since it's been such a long time.

Oh, also, they ended up selling me a stolen design. I was lucky enough to actually find the artist. It was actually never sold (an adopt account stole the pony, they bought them, then sold them to me)
