Change of plans. I'm somehow not ready to post the videogame world landscape images I started working on who-knows-how-long-ago, but I have just started a brand-new webcomic series! A manga, in fact! Actually, it's my first original AND hand-drawn comic series in years! It's called "Gaiden Chain" and it is now available to read on DeviantART! It's a bit of an experiment as a prelude for many more comics to come!

βIβd get excited more if all the effort/money that went into spectacular-but-shallow set pieces was diverted to deepen the core mechanics. Look how much Mario does with a simple JUMP mechanic. Thatβs what I want to see from shooters: versatile core mechanics. Instead you get sequences that donβt gel with the core mechanics, so they get simplified into something that is incoherent with the game. We all know why they exist though: eye candy for trailers, to shift units.β

The new updates are coming a bit less frequently, for now. The next group of pictures I would like to release are location-based, mostly as designs of various levels.

Looking back in retrospect...
This was before I decided to start on those Noble-related pictures. I might not had made the decision at the time to include Reginald Noble in the same universe that Agent Xavier, Jellybob, and Koro reside in, since I came up with him about six years after I came up with those guys. Although on that note, chronologically, he is supposed to become a hero before the other three do! A little over a month before Koro, I think.
But, in any case, location/level-based pictures will be coming up for all four of these dudes in due time!
