I think all your art is really nice but the way you draw the hair doesn't look right. Since you seem to be using the circle tool for the head you might find it looks better if you draw around the head instead of just leaving it as a circle.
And, I'd suggest using a pastel or more desaturated pink so it does not clash with the cool and dark blues.
