same here. I can only do improv writing. Usless for planning. I just put pen to page and hope inspiration from above ( or below if I'm in fiendish mood ) will guide it.

I don't usually write xD;
I'm more for digital art. I suck at traditional art, and have a tenancy to do only sketches.
But meh.

But when I do write, I use the same method as you.

I;m actually pretty good with words, and a handy-dandy thesaurus built in MS word doesn't hurt either. But I have been known to put too much description and into settings and action because of how awesome the things in my mind are.
