# About me
I'm a big collector of mounts & pelts, as well as other taxidermy related items. I also enjoy mounting animals myself when I can find the time, but sadly my free time is pretty limited right now due to school and other personal/family-related issues. Which also explains my inactivity on here.For those who have questions or need to contact me, feel free to note me, but I can't make any promises that I'll reply.

I really support what you do.. It keeps the animals alive when they are gone (if that makes sense).. When my pets pass I plan on keeping the fur for taxidermy, animals are beautiful and being able to respect them when they are gone is great.... Btw love your room

I personally am not into taxidermy that much but I'm not against it.
One time I was actually compelled to ask my riding instructor for the coyote her husband shot (they were protecting their sheep). I actually did ask but she said no because it's too expensive.

I or my family do not own any taxidermy, but I always loved to look at the trout ever since I was little on my grandma's wall my uncle had caught. Hopefully if I shoot something while hunting with my dad, I'll be able to convince him to stuff it. C:

If you would even take the time to just read the description on one or two of my pictures, or the info on this page it's quite obvious they aren't "objects" to me.
Obviously I'm not oblivious to the fact these were, and still are Animals that were once living, breathing sentient creatures. I hold high respects for them; animals are my life. But yes, I'm pro hunting and love furs/taxidermy.
All my animals come from reputable and humane sources, and don't you agree that it is better for them to be preserved and put to good use rather than thrown away or buried somewhere, only to rot away? Seems like a shame to me so many gorgeous animals end up that way.

Your gallery is quite fascinating and beautiful.
Though, I've never really gotten used to the idea of taxidermy, mainly because it mildly disturbs me ( because they were once alive ). However, I feel as though it's an art-form and what else are the pelts going to do ( other than rot and be forgotten )? So, while I am not always glad to see this -- simply because I am sad due to the fact an animal has died ( in the circle of life ) -- I am happy to notice that people do care. I am glad that you care about your pelts and what you have, I look forward to seeing more from you!

I usually find myself running into people who are either all for taxidermy, or totally against it, and those who are totally against it always end up resorting to immature insults.

You're welcome. I like to think I am a mature person and a very open minded individual. Though, I think I am being swayed towards it. It is a wonderful way to preserve animals, memories, beauty. So, while it's sometimes sad to see it -- it is happy as well. I'd like to get to know a lot more about taxidermy, since it interests me at this point -- so I must do research!

As I've already said to the last two comments you've already posted where you jump to conclusions, I didn't kill them. But I find it highly closed minded of you to think just because I support taxidermy and preserving animals, as well as hunting to keep populations in check, I suddenly hate animals. I love them both in life AND death, and I believe preserving them, rather than letting them rot somewhere is far more respectful.
If you eat meat or use other animals by-products you are far worse than me. Hunting is FAR more humane than the cows and other animals slaughtered and beaten in industrial farms everyday. But who gives a shit about cows, right?
