It's my own doing, really. Basically my inability to face fears and be open about my problems. I don't help myself by acting like such a joker all the time... then all of a sudden, mental breakdown that nobody was expecting :'D

I guess it's all a working process. 

This might be random, but something that helps me with anxiety is squeezing something. I like to keep a tiny Ghibli Jiji plush in my pocket, something small, but a good squeezing size, If I'm doing work and something happens so that I can just reach into my pocket and give the cat a good, long squeeze. I don't know if that would help with anything, but I just wanted to put it out there

It might be an idea for me, actually. It would save me biting my lips all the time. It's something I could possibly try.
My usual go-to is to clean something, but if I'm at work alone and there's customers I can't just go and clean haha. So I do need an alternative, since whacking the old coffee out of the handle isn't quite stress-relieving enough.

That's what my brother does. He cleans and arranges after he gets a bitch customer or something, but you are right, sometimes that doesn't work....

It's good to know! Sometimes I do need a fix of Pavi goodness and there's a really limited amount of fic out there. I try to contribute myself at times, but I've got so many things I want to write it's hard to know where to start!
