# About me
Hi Lux here! You have by some miraculous chance stumbled upon my page, welcome!About me? I'm just your ordinary female "nerd" or "otaku" or whatever description you want to use, that spends too much time procrastinating with games, manga, fanfiction or whatever rather than studying. I hail from the freezing-hell-of-a-country also known as Finland (don't take this the wrong way, I really love my home country <3).
Drawing is something I've been passionate about since I was little. In a way it's my only hobby that has sticked with me trough my whole life. Alas I'm still not very good at it, but hey practice makes perfect yes? I usually prefer to use traditional media (mostly pencils and markers) but have taken an interest in trying my hand on the digital stuff too. Oh and I suck at coloring. Almost all of the works from my childhood and teenage years are black and white so coloring is kinda new to me. So if you have any tips for a beginner that would be greatly appreciated ^^
Although most of my works include original characters I'm actually pretty fandom oriented. I only started coming up with OCs like a couple of years ago. I still love drawing fanart, it's just that I don't usually have the guts to publish them. Some fandoms that I enjoy are:
- Final Fantasy XIII (Lightning *v* <3! Also Lumina!)
- Final Fantasy XIV (Minfilia thou assets shall be dearly missed<3 :' ()
- W.I.T.C.H. (this is actually a fandom from my childhood but it just keeps on coming back and back and back again o_O)
- Mass effect (andromeda) (femShep, Tali, Suvi ...and derpy femRyder<3 : DD)
- Frozen (F*** yeah Elsa!!! <3)
- Vocaloid (has been kinda moved to the back of my head to make space for other stuff, but I still love Miku and Luka and everybody else ^^)
...Also pretty much everything and anything with yuri/femslash in it :'DD

My social skills tend to be a bit on the awkward side when first meeting people, so don't be bothered if I seem shy or act weird or something. I really want to meet new people and make new friends but I just don't know how (aka. I'm lonely, keep me some company, plz) x)

About coloring, my newest works are colored with neopiko markers (they're kinda like copics) and the highlights are done with a white gel pen. I also usually have to do some touch ups and color corrections with GIMP (can't afford a photoshop :S) because my scanner kinda kills the colors -.-' Sometimes I color digitally (again with GIMP) but I'm not very good at it x)
