Actually, a friend of mine optimistically signed me up for GalaCon this year. If I can finish all my half-completed ponies that I started last year before I fell ill, and if I'm allowed to fly, I may be there again this year.
I don't think I could ever be turned off of Europe. There's still so much that I haven't seen, and I need a place to practice my French, Spanish, and new rudimentary German. Haha

Well, since whether you make it to GalaCon is dependent on whether you're allowed to fly, I sincerely hope that you do make it! ^_^ I'm curious what it'll be like this year - last year, BUCK was loads better, but maybe this year, GalaCon will take the European convention crown? We shall see...
French, Spanish, and German, eh? Nice selection. I never found any motivation to learn Spanish, but I think I'm still quite decent at understanding French - just don't expect me to actually speak it coherently as well. It's been a while since I last travelled there. Though it's probably still better than my Japanese. Yeah. "^.^

Actually, this year is the most I've ever been wished happy birthday, thanks to the great people here. With the exception of a 3, my friends are all pretty terrible with remembering dates so I've sort of given up on on anyone outside of my family remembering.
